2003 20hp - Another question

Running in my barrel, I noticed that water was slowly dripping from the bottom of the exhaust cover gasket at about a drop every 3-5 seconds. I want to replace the gasket. When I loosen the 9 bolts, will I just be able to pop off the cover only and remove the gasket to replace, or will the manifold and its gasket come off too? Same 9 bolts hold everything together. Should I get both gaskets?
