The motor starts great, runs at low speed fine, when cold, it planes easily and runs smoothly. After a couple minutes on plane, usually around 3500 - 4000 rpms, it starts to have irratic, "jumps" (i.e. very quick losses of speed). The longer it runs, generally, the more frequent the "jumps" are. Sometimes there is a noticeable "knocking" that coincides with the quick "jumps". This is somewhat sporadic, but it seams to be happening more frequently. I've checked the battery connections and spark plug connections. I was hoping for some advice before I start throwing parts at it. Plugs, wires, coils, air in fuel line etc. Any thoughts?
