2003 150HPDI buzzer

My alarm goes off but erratic not a solid horn, this has happened twice while idling, i checked water and oil, engine tank level is good. every once in a while horn will come on steady and oil level on digital gauge will blink but then stop along with horn. after pulling cowl numerous times to check engine oil tank its always at the top line
I am thinking I might have a short.
any ideas would be appreciated

I read the forums, found some water in the engine filter.
drained the engine oil tank, key in buzzer on, took about 2 minutes to fill pump off, so that looks ok, hopefully it was the water, since it was so intermittent. I will need to run it.
