2002 Yamaha hard start

Can not get prime start enrichment system To work on my 2002 Yanmaha 60TLRA. I do not get any volts when I try pushing the key in while starting or when ignition on. Can anyone help me to diagnose this?

I am sure he found out the motor has to be running to get power to the heater unit

How would that help start it

he did not ask about starting the motor.
he asked about why the heater was not getting power from turning the key or pushing the ley in to get power to it.
it does not work that way

ok does my 70 2 stroke Yamaha have any way to help it start when it is cold or starting for the first time in the morning

Ok so it doesn’t get power to the prime start till you start cranking the engine correct
