i'd just like to say how much i like this site. ijust registered. my search is for any info on new model suzucki four strokes. good and especially bad. i just bought a new pro 600 zodiac was thinking on the suz. to push it. i'm on vancouver island and there is'nt many dealers

I was just thinking about this. I installed my first 03 JOHNSON 115 four stroke saturday, It is PURE SUZUKI. Couldnt beleive it...Wonder how many consumers will think they have a Canadian or USA built engine?????

Its a good looking motor very BEEFED UP for a 115, Im leary of NEW designs though. If you need maintenence.. qualified tech will be few, even if theyve been to school on these engines. Personally Id give it a few years to make sure I wasnt buying a DAEWOO of marine engines.

Rodknocking,<br /><br />It's the first high-tech 4-stroke EFI, This was introduced by Suzuki a couple of years ago. Suzuki has a reputation, as well as all Japanese manufacturers, of getting it right the first time. Now they letting Bombardier sell them with the Johnson name, this should say something.
