2002 merc 150 xr6 outboard trim problems

hey all i have a 02 150 xr6 down trim works but up trim doesnt all the time. some times it does sometimes not. I either have a lose connection or i need a new relay or silonoid. Could someone please tell me if i have a silonoid or a relay. and also where i could could find it on the motor to replace. I know i can do it but not sure where it is. I have a 22ft pontoon on a lift at a marina and want to pull it to the beach to reaplace real quik as i cant lift it to trailer it even. Thanks for all the help in advance

Trying to remember. As I recall they are mounted on a plate, side by side or one above the other, between the cylinders seen from the rear of the engine. There are two of them identical. A clue is the blue and green wires that route to them. blue sky means up, green grass means down I think is how the jingle goes. Just swap the relays/solenoids whatever they are called....similar functions regardless just different internal design. If the problem follows the relay you moved from the blue wire slot to the green wire (down has the problem now) get a new relay. I'd just get two because if one fails, so might the other.
