Hi. My 40 hp Johnson 2002 2- stroke will not start. I already bought a new battery and a key ignition switch. Is there a fuse or breaker switch on motor. I have no power from my key switch to engine.
If you have a single lever side mount control box, there is a neutral start switch inside the remote box. If it's misaligned, the motor won't start. Could have happened when you removed the ignition switch.
