2002 hydra sport cc - does anyone knw what material the fuel tank is made out of?

- does anyone know what material the fuel tank is made out of? Poly or Alumiun or fiberglass.

Look at it, it should be obvious. You should be able to see the tank where the fuel lines hook to it. Is it a silver gray? That's aluminum.
Poly tanks are typically a yellow translucent color, or black, or ........ Scratch it, should be easy to tell.

I am aware that if I was where the boat was located, I could check it ,as you say. I am not near the boat, and was wondering if anyone knew the answer to the question.
