2002 Honda 15hp 4 stroke trim problems while moving.

The trim works fine while at low speeds, but when I go a little faster than idle, the trim does not work.

That is really not considered a trim unit but rather power tilt and that's about it.If you are leaking down ,make sure that the manual release valve is still tight and the fluid is to capacity.What is this unit not doing that you really need it to do?
