hi guys need a little help. i have a 2001 115 4 stroke that idles fine but bogs on a load. had a miss last year sent out injectors and them rebuilt had 2 that were real bad. cleaned fuel tank in boat and the small one under the intake that houses the injection pump. rand great in the drum. took it out today and still no power. took the hood of and and the cap on the fuel rail test port. hit the little valve and it stalled. took the boat down the street hooked up a gauge to the teat port turned the key only had 10 psi. bad pump i think but if i start it shoots right to 35 and give it some throttle goes over 40. kind of stumped feel like a fuel problem but where should i start?

Are you sure the motor is sealing the cylinders good after you were running lean because of the injectors?
A leak down test on a 4 stroke will show any piston, ring, or valve problems.

Is the spark good and timing doing what it is suppose to?
It all can be checked at the problem RPM to make sure it is not dropping spark on one or more cylinders.

If all that is good then it has to be fuel related. Not sure on your motor but there are probably filters in the system that need servicing or replacing
