It has been 25 years since i have changed plugs, only broke two takem out, gotem all back in without a hitch........Crosses fingers......o:) But what i found was for a car motor a little different. Look's to me like a way overrich condition, i have also noticed my temp gauge showing only 125 degree's.

So iv'e changed the plug's and i am going to put a 160 degree thermostat in this thing.......... dounno if it need's it but what the heck. On a more serious note is this the condtion plug's with only 50 hour's should look like?

Ohh and i did not bust one knuckle, and that is a crowning achievement.......

Well, 125° is way too low, you should be running in the 160° to 170° range with a raw water cooled engine.
They all look pretty normal for a marine engine, but, and I really hate to tell you this, but. You missed one. There are only 5 plugs there. You should have 6 :%
