2001 Tahoe Q3

Happy Easter Everyone
I just bought a 2001 Tahoe Q3 as a project boat, I am experienced with Jon and Bass boats but have a few questions on this one. There is a blower control on the dash I think is to circulate the air on the engine.....am I remotely close? What is your opinion of this boat?

yes the blower is to pull out any fumes accumulated in the engine compartment, so you dont go boom:target: .
it is recommended that you let the blower run for at least four minutes prior to starting.
i trailer my tahoe q4. when i stop to prep prior to launching, i turn on the blower, then check the drain plug,
tie on fenders and docklines,
load cooler and lifejackets,
check drain plug again
unhook trailer lights
unhook transom straps
check drain plug one last time
then go and splash,
park truck and trailer
and then she is ready to start

Its the 3.0 merc I need to find on iboats where I can ask engine questions as I have a few things I need to fix there also.
