2001 Larson sei 180. Pls help

i have key on , but there is no power to the lead going to electric choke. I have no fuses blown under dash. Does anyone no where I can look to solve this problem.
It’s a 3.0 Volvo/ Penta.

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,...... It should be gettin' power from the Ignition circuit,.....

Many times, from the (+) terminal on the coil,......
