Throttle moves forward much harder than in the reverse direction. Boat goes into reverse gear without a problem, but when I shift forward, the engine remains in neutral. If I try to move the throttle further forward, it might kick into gear, but it "lands" with a loud THUD. When in reverse, I hear a strange "chirping" noise from the outdrive in back of the boat (Volvo Penta 5.7 GSi).
