2001 larson 210 SEI with 150 johnson Gauges does not work

Hi everybody,
As i mentioned at my earliyer thread

I bought this boat. It needs some TLC but overall it is a very nice boat.
My problem is I have the original larson Jaria gauges. Voltmeter and speedometer works fine. Aftermarket deptfinder works fine. Tachometer is not functionin and needle is stuck a 3000rpms., So does the trip gaugeit is always down, and most important is my gas gauge is not working either... but sometimes if i hit a wave needle jump up to full then empty again.. when there is full tank of gas... I am looking for how to pin point the problems and fix them. I already send a e mail to larson and waiting for their response...
I will try to attach acouple pics of the gauges... And if this thread is int he wrong section please be my quest to move it.

Older gas sender units had cork floats which were coated with shellac. Alcohol in our wonder gas dissolves shellac, the floats get saturated and no longer float in the tank. Some of the plastic floats no longer float either for similar reasons.
