2001 Honda 90hp

I am looking at purchasing a 2001 Honda 90 hp 4 stoke engine with approx. 400 hrs. on it. What if any problems is this engine prone to & is it a good buy for about 5 grand?

They've undergone some major redesign changes of late, but that's still a pretty good model. Five grand American sounds a bit steep.

Sorry, I should've mentioned it was in Canadian currency ($5500.00). Also, was wondering where I could get a manual on this motor?
