2001 195fs seat removal

I just bought a 2001 195fs in which all the seat back rest and cushions on the sides need to be replaced, however I can't figure out how to get them off. The center of the backrest are bowed out and I can see a metal clip on which it just slides on, I just can't see how the ends are attached. Any ideas on how to remove them?

I figured it out for those of those of you that want to know. On the ends of the cushions, the factory screwed through the vinyl into the boat then patched the holes in the vinyl with some type of plyable compound that blends in very well. There are 2 screws on the ends, one on top and one on bottom. If you look hard enough and feel it you can find them. Hope this helps
