gday. i'm posting this question for a mate. his engine, a yamaha 200hp, will sometimes not get over 2000rpm. sometimes it is when it is cold, other times after trolling. everytime, once it is turned off for a few minutes it seems to reset itself somehow and revs out properly. any ideas?
