I have been searching for replacement fuel lines. Volvo Penta made it obsolete. None of the dealers that VP gave me to check with have one. None of the Hydraulic hose companies can match up the TBI fittings. I can find a fitting to convert it to AN6 lines. Does anyone know if I can use AN fittings and be coast guard approved for marine use? I don't need any fires!!

USCG requires fittings to be metal, does not matter what type so long as it seals

Merc has same TB and uses similar type lines. Maybe check with local GM dealer

No luck on the Mercruser cross match either. I need flexible lines but metal ends. They are pretty picky on the flexible tubing needed. Looks like a coast guard rated hose and some sort of fire resistant mesh. Volvo Penta does not make life easy that's for sure. I have never used the AN connectors or even had one in my hand. Just wonder if they pass the test?
