2000 suzuki oil change

How do you drain the oil from a 2000 60 hp 4 stroke suzuki outboard, and how do you get the oil filter out of the case?

Tilt the engine up part way, turn the helm hard over and remove the silver hex drain plug on the midsection. To change oil filter remove the side cover (6 screws and off it comes - very easy).

There is no silver hex bolt at the mid section. There is a plastic type cap, would the hex bolt be under that?

The plastic cap is the flush port plug. The oil drain is on the same side, but forward. It is a silver plug that you use an 8mm Allen (hex) wrench to remove.

What is the flush port plug used for? Also how do I change the impellor on this engine?
