2000 Sea Fox 216 WA (Barn Find)

Just purchased a 2000 Sea Fox 216 WA with a 4.3 Volvo Penta that is a true disaster, but I likes the setup and the price was right so here goes. It has sat for 5 years or better and from the looks of the engine I would dare say it has been sunk at one time cause it is extremely rusty and everything is froze and rusted out, the mounts are non existant. Pulled the dipstick and it is full of rust aswell, rust in oil go figure. Does not seem to have water in the oil but the rust came from somewhere or atleast I think its rust as it is gritty. The hull is in great shape and the outdrive was only a year old when the boat was parked. Rats have been living in it for quite some time so I am gutting everything. Needless to say I will be greatful for any input as I am new to the boating world. I am a ex auto mechanic, but know absolutely nothing about boats. I have been cutting my teeth on a 89 Thompson mercruiser, but still pretty green especially on the volvo.
