Re: 2000 sea doo gti no power

Try here for service manuals http://seadoomanuals.net/manuals/

There are three fuel filters
One on the pickup tube in the gas tank, one on the fuel line between the tank & carb, & one inside the carb.
Review the manual for your ski & it will explain in detail with pictures.
Letting gas set in the tank during long non-use/storage will gum of the filter in the carb & tank.

My main concern is NO water coming out of the pee hole.If this is NOT a problem i will put back in water, and try running it for a bit. Also no gas gauge. Thanks Ofert

that is definitely a problem. Pull it out of the water and see if there is any water inside the hull (more than the little bit that will tend to show up after a ride)...if that's the case then check for a split or disconnected water line.

If that's not the case, you have something plugged up, so it's time to start removing water lines and blowing them out and looking for blockages...it could be on the ports of the exhaust as well.

After you figure out what's wrong, then address the power issue...sounds like you need a carb rebuild and fuel lines all changed over as ethanol and those gray tempo lines do NOT get along.
