I have recently purchased this beauty and I am confident I need to replace the cables that are used to change the throttle speed and the gears. I have not opened it up to check for sure, but considering how difficult it is to adjust the speed of the boat with the throttle, I can only assume this is an accurate assessment. If anyone could be of assistance in guiding me to what I should buy and where they are located I would be appreciative! I had someone familiar with these boats in passing tell me to get Miracle 3300C cables but I was not able to find them on this site. I am also on the hunt for the actual control of the throttle as well, because it is aged and the idle button at the bottom of it is sticking so I need to replace that as well. I am fine with swapping it out with the same thing that is there by default, but I would also like to consider my options for improvement/upgrade as well.
I am relatively mechanically inclined, but clueless on where and what to find what I need.
