I have a 93 Bluewater Riviera 18' bowrider with 4.3 lx alpha one gen 2, and screwed up my prop on rocks. The thing is my prop is a power pitch pro shifting prop and replacement blades will run me $675. Also I have no idea which prop to pick because I have never had a normal prop on this boat. Boat is used for pleasure and towing tunes most the time

On another forum a 14.5x19 3 blade was suggested.

Mercury has a 'propeller selector' app on their web site that can ID a good prop & pitch.

Check to make sure the propshaft isn't bent. What were the pitches the shifting prop had? $675. was that per blade or for all three?

The 675 is for all 3, which isn't had but more than I have right now. Figured I can buy an aluminum prop and run it till I can get new blades, then have the alum as a spare

The pitch was 17/23

So what is the WOT range for your engine and what rpm were you getting with shift prop? If it was at or near the top of range you could try a 23 in prop. If not then you need a different pitch for both the fixed pitch and the shift prop
