2000 outlaw 25 cuddy cabin question

i am looking at purchasing a 2000 25' outlaw. the sales guy says the cuddy cabin bech seats do not unfold to make the area where the bench seats are sleepable. i really find this hard to believe. anyone on here own a 25' outlaw that can dispell this for me? or anyone know if the usable space in front of the cuddy bench seats leaves enough room to sleep comfortably?

The bench does not fold out however I thought there was an option for filler cushions to make the bench turn into another sleeper go to the baja website and see what the schematics and options are.
