2000 Mercury M2 Jet in Seadoo Challenger 2000, submerged NO SPARK

Hurricane Harvey partially sank boat, about 1/2 way. Bulge pumped water out. Water got in engine. Removed all spark plugs and cranked water out. I am not getting any spark to any plug so engine will not start to get it fully dried out. Looking for troubleshooting help to determine cause of no spark and get it running before it seizes up.

If this is the engine I think it is....likely the Stator/coil is to blame
