2000 Mercruiser 5.0 305 Serpentine Belt - Advance Auto Parts

I have a a 2000 Mercruiser 5.0 305 Bryant 196. I needed a Serpentine Belt today on a Holiday weekend. O'Reilly Auto Parts was no help. Advance Auto Parts helped me cross reference a belt that works beautifully. For anyone that doesn't want to spend a hundred dollars on a belt for a Mercruiser 305, try this part number at Advance Auto or AutoZone: 763K6 or 6PK1940

It was only about $20

Same, I got a spare belt for mine from a local parts shop. 1/4 the Merc price, same belt....
