Will start briefly with choke out, then very briefly with it in but dies. Have fuel to fuel pump. When I crank over I get a small amount of gas coming out of pump but if I put my finger over hose there’s no pressure pushing against it. I pulled fuel pump and took apart, looks normal but just not sure if it is pumping enough to the carburetors, should I be able to feel pressure or not?

It's pretty low pressure. My bet is you're due for very thorough carb cleanings, paying particularly close attention to the idle jet that's located in the bottom of the brass tube that runs from the top to the bottom of the carb.

Sounds good, I didn’t mention I can keep it running very rough for a bit by spraying carb cleaner in the intake. That was one reason I was thinking it was the fuel pump, does that make any difference in your thoughts?

Nope!
I would need to be totally convinced the carbs were spotless before considering any other part of the fuel system suspect - unless there was fuel running from it! They're the #1 most common issue with this engine - or any carbed 4 stroke. If you aren't going to be using the engine for a couple of months, you had better have fuel conditioner in the fuel, or drain the carbs - which is very easily done on the 50's. You'll see that when you have them apart.
