I have a 2000 Evinrude 15hp 4 stroke being used as a kicker and am trying to set up the Teleflex SeaStar kicker cable assy. My problem is the steering cable needs to attach on the port side of the engine rather than the typical starboard side. The standard steering arm for this engine (175455) is for cable attachent on the starboard side. Is there a steering arm made for port side cable attachment or do I need to bend and modify one to make it work?
