2000 BF90 Carb Starter Amp

I am looking to add a fusible link to my positive battery cable but am not sure what size would be appropriate. Battery cable was damaged and thought this would be a good quick fix while I wait on a new one to come in.

Don't put a fuse inline with the Bat cable, just protect the cable

Yep, just one more thing to go wrong.
Better off getting a battery cable slice kit
