Help! My friend and I removed his carbs and had them 'rebuilt' at the repair shop. After reassembling everything, the motor still runs very rough...in fact, it will hardly run at idle speed. We tried synchronizing using a motorcycle vacuum set, but the needles are jumping around so much it seems somewhat futile. We have a manual (one of those that covers practically every Honda motor ever made!) but it's not much help. (If anyone knows of a manual that would actually provide detailed information about the carbs, I'd love to buy it.) Am I correct that there is only one adjustment - a low speed adjustment? Any and all recommendations would be appreciated. (Having the shop repair it costs a fortune since they have to drive about 40 miles and pull it out of the water.)
