I know there's a hundred post about this but here it goes. We were on the boat today and when we were headed back to the dock to load the boat up on the trailer the trim wouldn't work. So I tied off to the dock to investigate and here's what I found. The trim only clicks when pressing any of the three buttons, up, down, trailer. I quickly checked the 20amp fuse, it was good. Gave the trim motor a bump on the head with a socket wrench and and it began to work. Got the boat loaded and got it home. Once home, I checked the buttons again and it did not work. Tapped on the motor again and it started working AGAIN. Then I had to go to work. Where should I start looking when I get back home?
