Motor runs fine in idle or low rpms. It smokes a little at low rpms. It starts hesitating/jumping/stalling (??) and smokes a lot worse when you increase speed rpms just as soon as you do. Was only spitting out a little water, cleaned line out, more water is flowing now. Water coming out is not burning hot and motor doesn't seem to be running hot (can place hand on it). checked all fuel lines. Any ideas?
