2000 25 hp 2-stroke Merc 'Owners Manuals'

I just bought a boat with a 2000 25 hp 2-stroke Merc (just the engine, no battery, no gas tank, no fuel lines, etc.)

If it helps, the serial number is OT093029

I've been trying to find an online owners manual so I can figure out how to start the engine, gas mixture, battery specs, etc. I was hoping the manual would explain the starting sequence and provide a schematic that shows all the parts, buttons, etc. (the regular user manual stuff)

Also, I can't figure out how to tilt the engine for shallow running or stowing.

I can find service manuals, but not owners manuals.

I know it's silly, but I'd really like to know what I'm dealing with.

Any help would be appreciated.
