For some reason my motor will only run up to 4000RPM? Ive got spart, compression is fine, last time I looked the carbs were clean, its timed properly, I put in a new trigger assembly, everything seems fine? What could be the cause of my problem? I just had a mechanic buddy of mine look it over but his knowledge is maxed out. Said he had to ask for someones help. He believes its something electrical? Is he right or wrong? Any help would be most greatly appreciated. Im a commercial fisherman and am losing out on money everyday in stuck on shore. Thank you very much
