I have a 2001 Yamaha 200 HPDI. The power tilt will not stay in the raised position. Sometimes I can raise it and it will stay in that position all day, but as soon as I rock the motor up and down it starts to drop. I've had a mechanic work on it 3 different times. He's replaced all the seals and the last time he replaced the ram. It's got plenty of fluid and I've bled it out numerous times. I also just replaced the manual relief valve with a brand new one. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
