Hi I have a problem with a carb, I think. I have had a mechanic that the boat out for a on water run to feel the problem for himself .He checked compression, good readings 110 to 115 on all cylinders, checked power packs good spark at all cylinders. While under load he sprayed fuel mixture into each carb one at a time to see the response from motor. One carb did make a better response to this .After checking float and looking into carb to check reeds he thought a rebuild was the next to try. After rebuilding carb.motor still hesatates at wot.Maybe be a defective carb.Any help ,thanks

Howdy, BH.

I don't understand what you mean by "hesitates". Could you give us a more detailed description? :)

What I mean it excelerates higher at wot then drops speed and rpms by its self.It surges up and down freqently. It's only noticable from half throttle to wot.
