First of all, I've done quite a bit of searching before posting this, but can't find an exact issue. I have a 2002 200 hpdi with about 480 hours on it. The #2 cylinder has no spark, verified by a spark tester and my buddy's bare hands. Cylinder #3 does spark in gear, so it's not the neutral switch. I swapped a coil from the starboard engine and still no spark. Could it just be a bad wire to the coil? I've read about the trigger pulser, but from what I've read it should still have spark even if the pulser is bad. The engine should use default settings and still send a spark....?....is that correct? What steps should I take next? I do not have yds, but I'm pretty handy with a meter.
