200 HP Evinrude won't run after a little bit??

My 1986 200 HP Evinrude ran like crap this weekend. It will run for a liitle bit than the rpms just fall off and died? When I try to restart it blows a lot of blue smoke oil? This a VRO ststem. Does this sound like a cdi problem or fuel? I cleaned the carbs and they were very clean. How can I check the cdi's

Perform a spark and compression test and let us know what you find.

Both compression and spark are good.
