As long as it's tiller-steered, any dealer can help you, and most will sell at the minimum advertised price, so prices should be essentially the same from dealer to dealer. If you will be getting a remote model (with RC box, wheel, etc.), it will need to come from a local dealer -- Internet-only dealers are not allowed to ship remote models to consumers.
If ongoing service is important, I would suggest you seek out a local dealer, because the relationship with the dealer will be a help in the future. Aside from that, any dealer can provide parts, service and a PDI (within the first 2 months of ownership), even if you buy over the 'net.
