20 hp bogging down

I replace the fuel, the fuel line, rebuilt the fuel pump, replaced the fuel tank and connections, pulled apart the carborator and bowl pulled out the needles and carb cleaned them w/ carb spray. I still have the same problem, the motor runs fine in neutral, but when I put it into drive after a while it breaks up like it is not getting enough fuel, now I am thinking that is is a coil pack. Any suggestions would be helpful.

What year is it? Model #?

Pull one plug out, see if its only running on a cylinder
Also check your plugs colours.
use a timing light and see if one spark goes when it starts dying.
It could be a coil, examine for cracks and arcing at night to base
