2 vs 4 bolt main caps

I search and found a number of answers in the forum, but wanted to confirm for a 454 (89 Bravo 1) it is OK to be running 2 bolt main caps.

My original was a 4Bolt main and want to be sure this will not tear itself apart. Some comment indicates 2 bolt is more common, but the Service manual indicated 4 Bolt.
