2 Stroke Oil Gas mixture

Hello out there. I just bought a boat with a 1985 Mercury 75 4 cylinder motor. I think I have narrowed it down to 50:1 but wanted to see what is the best oil/gas mixture ratio. I have 2 six gallon tanks. Thanks.

16oz per tank and fill 'er up. Shake well and get going!

You've narrowed it down correctly. It's easiest to go to a store like Wal Mart and buy one of "pre-mix containers" that have lines at each gallon so you know you're getting it exactly right when mixing. That way, you don't have to wait until the tank is empty or down to a specific point etc. etc.
