2 hp Honda - No Spark

Hi, I have a 1999 2hp Honda 4 stroke outboard that doesn't spark. I cleaned up the contacts on the magneto and back of the coil and I was wondering if this model outboard has points and how to get to them. Or maybe some other things to check.. Thanks, Gene

Try disconnecting the kill switch.That is the most likely cause of failure as this is a pretty bare bones ignition system.
