Afternoon smart guys,
I am having some issues with my carb. I'm pretty mechaniclly inclined and so far on my new-to-me bow rider I have replaced the shift cable, intermediate shift shaft, water impeller and pretty much all the igniton side of the engine. I have replaced all the fuel filters and the tested the fuel pump. All is well there. The problem I am having is 2 fold. I cant seem to get the idle RPMS down to where they are supposed to be (when it does decide to run) and now I'm not getting any fuel out of the carb at all. I have it disconnected from the controll cable and am just trying to get it tuned up a little better... I know its probably time for a carb kit But is there something I am missing that I may be able to get her to run agian/better for now? I was thinking that the check ball in the accelerator well could be stuck. The old fuel filters were clean and no signs of contiminates. Thanks
