Hi guys, I'm putting together a 2.3L engine and have been looking online for a diagram of the cooling system. I remember seeing one a while ago but can't remember where I found it. Also I'm trying to figure out how to pressure test the cooling system before I install it in the boat. Is that even possible? As far as running the engine on blocks I'm assuming that I would hook up a garden hose to the inlet on the thermostat housing? Thanks

Thanks, I looked at the manual but couldn't find the "Maintenance" section it said to look at about pressure testing the system. Seems like all I need to do is provide water at the inlet on the thermostat housing to run the engine on blocks. Thanks.

The older manuals may not use the term to list maintenance. So far as pressure testing, need to seal up the exit and apply pressure at the inlet hose on the thermostat

I guess I'd have to seal off the end of the exhaust riser. Thanks
