2.3 L omc cobra exhaust clean up

hey guys im in the process of cleaning up my elbow riser and exhaust manifold instead of spending the 900 to replace... due to corosion the water flow is a bit restricted... the two method ive come down to r muriatic acid and Electrolysis. im thinkin im gonna go with Electrolysis cuz it seems to be a bit less expensive and maybe a lil bit safer any suggestions? and any other ideas to help water flow... allready replaced impeller that was chewed to ****

Cleaning out the riser. A long screwdriver or an awl.
Take to a radiator shop.
