Check your compression and your spark. A model # would also help.

Have you checked to see if you lose spark as soon as it quits?
You might post your model number so we know exactly what engine you have.

Yes still have spark, after it cools for 5them minutes starts right back up. Model #HE2 RENR

It most likely runs out of fuel, and just takes some time (until cooled down) to refill the float bowl.
Check the fuel filter and valve on the tank as well as a carb clean.

Just checked for fuel, still have full bowl & carb and jets clean. Is there any kind of electronic stuff that could be bad?

Not if you still have spark as indicated above. However you may experience a vapor lock in the fuel system by engine being too hot. Checked impeller and cooling?
