1999 Yamaha Vmax- good or bad???

Im looking at buying a 1999 yamaha Vmax OX 66 200 hp from a private party. Does anyone know or heard of any problems particular to that year motor. Also im trying to look that motor up on nadaguides.com and im unsure of the exact model number. Does anyone know where to find that number besides on the motor itself. All those engines should have the same number in 1999. Thanks for any help you can offer.
