1999 suzuki df 50 won't start

after a long winter I can't get my engine to run for more than 10 secs.changed plugs,put aremote tank on with fresh gas,flush entire engine with fresh gas,put on new batt.Getting a check engine light and beep.

Get a manual. I think I read somewhere that there is an oil change reminder alarm in there somewhere. Try reseting the alarm. This might not make it run anybetter but it would be one less distraction if that is the case.

The flash sequence of the check engine light will tell some of whats going on. 3flash-pause-2flash for example. Check it and call your dealer and tell him if it's a 3-2 or 1-4 or whatever or get back to us here.

got a manual for my 99 suzuki df50.flash seq. is 42 which is crackshaft pos. sensor failure.when it ever stops raining here on cape cod I will get into my engine.thanks for the tips,i will get back to you all.
